Reviews of The Line Austin

Brian
The Christmas decorations were pretty and created an inviting atmosphere. The lobby had a fireplace that added extra warmth to the decor. The pool was heated, a pleasant surprise since it was chilly outside. The fitness center's equipment was top-notch and helped me stay on top of my exercise routine. The shuttle service to nearby shopping centers was convenient.
The room was in need of a deep cleaning. The carpet was stained, and the bathroom floor was sticky. The walls were thin, and I could hear my neighbors talking at night. The restaurant was overpriced and the food was underwhelming. It was disappointing that there was no 24-hour room service, and some of the staff members were not friendly. my Christmas stay was not what I expected.

Wonderful hotel with spectacular view of the lake. Fashionable room, large bathroom, courteous staff. Unbeatable and fantastic location to Ymca. Rooftop bar in the venue. Amazing food and friendly service. Easy parking on-site.

The hotel is in a great location near a popular bridge. The view from the hotel room is lovely, with a great view of the surrounding area. The hotel offers great leisure facilities.
The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, which tarnished our experience.

Amy
Offers friendly service and outstanding food. The hotel rooms are stylish and warm with 2 queen beds, pull out sofa plus an amazing view. The location is favourable and pleasant, 1 mile from Ymca.

The room is spotless and relaxing, it comes with 2 double beds and much better bathroom, as for instance. The location is marvellous and incredible, 10 minutes' walk to Austin Convention Center.

Marvin
Great coffee and breakfasts; amazing location with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.
The parking was too expensive, and it wasn't made clear when booking. There weren't any soaking tubs in the rooms.

Well, it was a very nice stay for an another visit. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable at all times. The location was magnificent, right at Congress Avenue Bridge. The restaurant was good, I tried delicious dishes.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were excellent, unbeatable and best possible location really close to the bridge, the river. Our queen room with double bed, the AC on 65 degrees was cool. The staff was amiable and knowledgeable as we expected.

The location and facilities of the hotel are very good.
The price-performance ratio for breakfast was unfortunately rather disappointing.
